We are committed to developing and retaining heavy lift experts onboard the vessels to realize the full potential of our fleet. We believe in the benefits of recurring crew assignments on the same vessels. We foster the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of best practices. The UNITED GROUP supports local maritime training and offers training positions for graduates of German maritime universities on board our fleet.
